Camden County Freeholders Honor Charles “Chuck” Steinmetz

On Thursday, May 17th; The Camden County Freeholders issued a proclamation to a long-time member of the CPAC family.   Col. (Ret.) Charles Steinmetz, or “Chuck” as he was affectionately known, served the Community Planning & Advocacy Council and Camden County overall for nearly 20 years.

Chuck worked at CPAC long enough for us to see him go overseas to serve the United States in the Armed Forces and return to continue serving the citizens of Camden County in numerous ways. Chuck continues to serve others as an employee of the United States Dept. of Health & Human Services. Though we miss him dearly, we are happy for him and we are proud to have worked along side him.

He is a graduate of West Chester University where he achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies with a Minor in Spanish & Latin American Studies; As well as the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work where he achieved a Master's in their C.O.S.A. (Community Organization & Social Administration) Program .
