NOTICE OF AVAILABLE FUNDS (RFP)

 

Notice is hereby given that sealed applications for funds from eligible organizations interested in applying for 2019 Positive Youth Development Services and 2019 Innovative Youth Detention Alternative Services will be received on behalf of the County of Camden by CPAC: The Community Planning and Advocacy Council.

 

The Request for Proposal will be available as of Noon, Friday, November 2nd, 2018 at CPAC: The Community Planning and Advocacy Council, 2500 McClellan Ave, Suite 110, Pennsauken, NJ 08109, and may be obtained by perspective applicants during business hours.  A copy of the proposal will also be made available on www.cpachvi.org as of Noon on Friday, November 2nd, 2018.The proposal is also available by clicking here: 2019 RFP

 

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 7th, 2018 at 11:00 am at CPAC in Conference Room A.  Although not mandatory, all bidders are strongly encouraged to participate in the pre-bid meeting.

 

Completed proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2018 at CPAC: The Community Planning and Advocacy Council.  Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the applicant and the subject of the application, addressed and delivered to CPAC.  It is recommended that each application be hand-delivered to CPAC.  A time/date stamped receipt will be given.  CPAC or the County of Camden assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the application to be received at CPAC later than due date and time.
